All rates in this site are Group Rates. As a Professional Tour Operator, you will be quoted NET TOUR OPERATOR Group and FIT Lodging rates upon request to the Lodging property of your choice, or by contacting one of our eight Receptive Partners.

Creating a tour package is easy! As you browse through Member Profiles, you will see gray boxes that contain tours with specific pricing. Click on the item you wish to include in your tour, which can be one to four days in length. You'll then be prompted to place your selection in one of four days, and then in one of nine time periods. Overall, there are 36 "slots" in each four day tour. The selection will appear in your Travel Wagon, where you can see the name of the tour as well as the name, telephone number and location of the member. A brief description of the member organization will also be included. You may print the Travel Wagon, organize your plans and book the tour yourself, or email your Travel Wagon to one or more of our Receptive Partners so they can help with refining your plans, booking and hosting your tour.

Complete, unique tour packages are also offered by many lodging properties. Any of these complete packages can be added to the first day of your Travel Wagon.

For a day tour, simply place your day choice selections in Day One of the Travel Wagon.

If you need a receptive to plan your entire tour, click on VTN's Travel Partners and take your pick.
